MAA Training & Consultancy are aiming to be leading organization in providing training, coaching, certificate program, consultancy and private education. We are committed to ensure all services offered meeting customer expectation and where applicable satisfy the requirement set by the stakeholder(s). We are also committed and confidence continual improvement of the quality management system will benefit our client, as well as to the organization itself.
Occupational Health & Safety Policy
MAA Training & Consultancy is committed to continually improving its occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system in order to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health by eliminating hazards, and reducing OH&S risks. We promote the consultation and participation of workers at all levels in our OH&S efforts by ensuring the views of all workers are taken into account, and we are committed to comply with national OH&S legal requirements and other requirements.
Privacy Policy
MAA Training & Consultancy acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. We advise that much of the information that you may have provided to, or may be asked to provide, to MAA Training & Consultancy is ‘personal information’. As a general rule, personal information is not released by MAA Training & Consultancy to other organisations, except in response to legal requirements, and information regarding an individual will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent, except where the third party is directly acting as our agent.
Cancellation / Failure to Attend
Once registration is made, fees remain payable unless a notice of cancellation is received as follows:
- At least 7 days before the course date, a full refund will be given (minus RM50.00 for administrative charges).
- Less than 7 days but more than 3 days, a 50% refund will be given plus a set of course notes.
- Less than 3 days, no refund will be made. However, a substitute delegate can be admitted to the course.
